Too many candles for one cake :-)
A FUNNY LITTLE STORY TO MAKE YOU SMILE  My sister was decorating her birthday cake,
together with two of her grandchildren.
The boy, 8 years old and the little girl, only 5 years old. The kids were very interested in what was being left over at the table, after the cake was done.
They were counting the raspberries and keeping an eye on the cream.
While counting they started to talk about age. The boy said: - Here I have raspberries as many as my age, eight!
The little girl found five candles and happily replied: - Here is five, I can count too!
Then she asked my sister: - How many can I put a side for you Grandma?
My sister said: Oh, there are not enough candles for that. - But we have so many, said the boy. - How many do you need, really? - Well, my sister said ,I am going to be 60 years old ! - What!! 60!!. Both kids looked really shocked. Then the boy said : But Grandma, we did not know that you were so old, nobody told us. And for the first time, while looking at the candles on the table, he realized that 60 years were so much more then his eight. The little girl climbed up in the lap of her grandma giving her a big hug, saying : - Donīt you be sad Grandma, I donīt think that you look that old! After that the kids decided to decorate the cake with 6 candles,
counting 10 years for every candle! :-)
