Welcome to read on...about *How I found my way to the Internet*
From the day we got Internet connection there was a never ending war going on
over
pc time. We had then 4 teenage girls still living at home :-)
So for me to figure out what was going on on the Internet took a while.
Oh, I knew the basics. You know, copy and paste,how to use words and so on.
But I had no idea what to find and surfing was a new word.
However at first I got hooked at Napster. Downloading music was really fun and
over the
next 2 years I did build up a big music library,mostly greek music but also all
them nice
oldies from the 60´s.
You can imagin how I felt when they closed Napster!!
I suppose that was the kick I needed since I then started to look for what more
to do.
In september 2002 after a lovely trip to Greece I started to join programs.
The first was Referralware and FreeStoreClub.
Oh, I really did try to understand what I was supposed to do, but it never worked.
My english was not up to date so to speak, and there were so many difficult words.
But I joined my first Surfer!!! No more Hits,and I started to surf.
One late night in november 2002 I was surfing as usual when there suddenly was
a page that
got my attention and I started to read.
I still remember the looks and the text that got me hooked.
*TANSTAAFL* There are no such thing as a free lunch !
Yes, you guessed right, I found the MPAM page.
Well I signed up and from that day my internet life changed to the better.
I found what was right for me, I found all my friends and I learned all I needed
to know
to really get going with an internet business.
It´s amazing how one page can make all the difference.
